Broman Group is a consolidated company founded in Finland that comprises subsidiary companies specialising in car and motorcycle spare parts and equipment, tools, boating and fishing equipment as well as household and leisure products. The family-run company is one of the market leaders in Finland, has made great success in Estonia, and is now rapidly growing in Sweden.
History of Broman Group
Broman Group took its first steps in Joensuu, Finland in 1965, when kauppaneuvos (Finnish honorary title) Väinö H. Broman founded a store specialising in cars and spare parts. Today it is a consolidated company that consists of strong chains: Motonet, AD VaraosaMaailma and AD car repair shop chain as well as a modern logistic centre. The group employs over 2,000 professionals in several countries.
Strong Nordic footprint
Broman Group, with operations in Finland, Sweden and Estonia, is the parent company to Motonet, AD VaraosaMaailma and Broman Logistics, all companies specialising in motoring and spare parts. We also have our own purchasing offices in Hong Kong and the USA.
